Scope – Supply, commissioning and service of 25 × BYD T10 electric tipper trucks (60 t) and 10 × BYD Q3 tractor units for limestone haulage.Requirements –• Battery ≥ 350 kWh, quick-swap packs preferred.• On-board AC/DC chargers; CCS2 compatibility.• Telematics API for real-time energy & CO₂ reporting.• Local after-sales centre (Georgia) within 6 months.KPIs – 30 % fuel-cost reduction, ≥ 20 % CO₂ cut vs. diesel baseline.Deliverables – FOB Poti port, DDP factory site logistics, operator training.
